Items to borrow against

Your next step
From your item to a written offer
- 1
Tell us about your item
Choose an item type and enter the amount you would like to request. Send an email enquiry with a short description; please leave out bank details, identity documents and other sensitive information.
- 2
Discuss the assessment
Ask whether the item can be considered and what an assessment would involve. A requested amount or description does not establish the item’s loan value.
- 3
Review the offer
If an offer is available after assessment, review the amount, charges, redemption deadline and full terms before deciding whether to leave your item.
The amount that resolves the gap
Start with the smallest amount that would address the immediate bill. Tell us the requested amount and describe the item you would like considered. A larger retail value does not establish its loan value, and a request does not guarantee that the full amount is available.
An enquiry with a clear next step
Choose an item type and email a short description, including condition and any relevant accessories. Ask whether an assessment can be arranged and what information it requires. Do not send account details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information in the initial enquiry.
Timing that needs confirmation
Explain when usable money would be needed. An in-person pawn transaction depends on the provider being available, accepting and assessing the item, and agreeing terms. An email response is not a funding decision. Confirm the actual timing before relying on a loan to meet a deadline.
A payoff that leaves room for bills
Ask for the complete redemption amount and due date. Subtract essentials and existing obligations from the income you expect to use for repayment. If the full payment would create another shortage, revisit the amount or another solution. Missing the pawn terms can put your property at risk of sale.
Other ways to close the gap
A biller may agree to an extension, split payment or assistance arrangement. Ask about the cost and revised dates. Family help or a bank or credit union product may also be worth considering. A pawn loan is one route to evaluate, with a specific item and its redemption terms at the center.
